Sonar Record Store is no longer just a record shop — since 2025, Sonar has also operated as an active record label - Sonar Records, evolving from a place where vinyl enthusiasts browse and listen to records into a creative place that releases and supports independent artists across a wide range of genres — from jazz and electronic to rock and beyond. Our catalogue is carefully organised into subcategories to make exploration and discovery easier, but the guiding principle remains the same: great music and genuine support for independent creators.

Originally established as a record store in Gdańsk championing niche releases and vinyl culture, Sonar has grown into a community-driven project that connects listening, discovery, and artistic expression.
