WRWTFWW Records proudly presents a super limited vinyl edition of the original motion picture soundtrack by Christine Aufderhaar and the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra for the multiple award-winning, critically acclaimed animated documentary Aurora’s Sunrise (2022). The release comes as a 45 rpm double LP in a heavyweight “inside-out” printed sleeve.

Directed by Inna Sahakyan, Aurora’s Sunrise tells the extraordinary true story of Aurora Mardiganian — a survivor of the Armenian Genocide who later became an actress in the United States. The film blends animated storytelling, archival footage, interviews, and rediscovered scenes from the 1919 silent film Auction of Souls — one of the first Hollywood blockbusters, in which Aurora played the lead role. Aurora’s Sunrise was Armenia’s official submission for Best International Feature Film at the 95th Academy Awards and has won over 20 international awards.

Composer Christine Aufderhaar is an acclaimed German artist based in Berlin and Los Angeles, with over 20 years of experience and music for more than 50 films to her name. Her work spans classical, jazz, film music, and contemporary orchestration, and has been widely recognized and awarded.

Performed by the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, the soundtrack is deeply emotional — weaving intimate melodies with the monumental power of a full orchestra, intertwining themes of memory, survival, loss, and hope.
